Chirripó National Park

Chirripó is the highest mountain in Costa Rica (12.606ft) There are lakes of glacial origin, extensive paramos or tundra, and cloud forests. The flora and fauna is very diverse with quetzals and other endangered species. There are trails on the way to the summit.
